Financial performance is measured using Return on Asset (ROA) as the dependent variable, while carbon emissions and CSR serve as the independent variables. The study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression with a common effect model. A total of 15 transportation companies were selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 90 balanced panel data observations. The results show that carbon emissions do not have a significant effect on ROA, indicating that environmental issues are not yet a primary concern in the business strategies of transportation companies. Conversely, CSR has a negative and significant effect on ROA, which may be due to the high costs of CSR implementation that have not yet generated short-term financial returns for the companies. The R-squared value of 5.68% indicates that the model explains only a small portion of the variation in financial performance. Especially in the companies that are being researched, it turns out that they still do not use EVA analysis as an analysis that will be able to determine whether the profits obtained from 2014 to 2023 can create added value to the company or not. The financial data used for this study was taken for six (10) years, from 2014 – 2023. The data of this study was obtained from observation and documentation with NOPAT analysis tools, capital costs, and EVA analysis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Avex Somagede Manufacturing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 31 orang karyawan. Teknik analisa data meliputi uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis statistik (uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi). Berdasarkan uji F, variabel fasilitas kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh fasilitas kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Selain itu, secara parsial juga terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). PT Avex Somagede Manufacturing sebaiknya menyediakan fasilitas yang dapat mendukung kinerja karyawan, diantaranya pengadaan jemputan, ruang P3K dan penambahan tempat parkir. This research includes quantitative research. The population of this study was 224 non-medical employees of Syafira Hospital, Pekanbaru City, with 69 people being used as samples determined using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and used SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that workload and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance of non-medical employees at Syafira Hospital, Pekanbaru City. The most dominant variable affecting on performance of non-medical employees in this study is organizational commitment variable. The method used in developing this website is the Waterfall method. This process includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Each stage is carried out sequentially to ensure that all aspects of the website can function properly. The results of this study indicate that the website that was built can provide accurate and easily accessible information about spiritual objects. In addition, this website is also equipped with features that make it easy for users to search for and obtain the information they need. The original value of this study lies in the development of a website that is specific to the needs of the Saint Luke Parish Catholic Church in Samarinda, which does not yet have an adequate digital platform to convey information about spiritual objects. The methodology used is a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who are users of Skintific products. Data analysis was carried out using purposive sampling techniques, using the Nonprobability Sampling method and using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis method using SEM PLS analysis is processed with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results showed that Brand Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Furthermore, Brand Attachment has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. While brand Trust is proven to have no effect on customer loyalty. The data used in this study was obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents, making this a quantitative study. The researcher used Purposive Sampling, a sampling technique based on specific considerations to determine appropriate samples. A total of 40 participants were selected as the sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the variables of Live Streaming and Discounts have no significant effect on purchase decisions individually, while Free Shipping has a significant effect on purchase decisions individually. Until the end of 2023, this platform recorded the highest number of visitors and continued to innovate through flash sales and live streaming to encourage impulsive purchases. However, several issues have arisen, such as delays in refunds due to stock update errors during flash sales and lag during live streaming. This study aims to analyze the influence of flash sales and live streaming on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotions. The method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires filled out by 100 respondents. Data collection was analyzed using the Smart PLS application. The research results show that flash sales have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, live streaming has a positive but not significant effect on impulsive buying, flash sales have a positive and significant effect on positive emotions, live streaming has a positive but not significant effect on positive emotions, positive emotions have a negative and not significant effect on impulsive buying, and neither flash sales nor live streaming successfully mediates the effect on impulsive buying. Based on these findings, Shopee is advised to implement flash sale programs more frequently to elicit positive emotions and impulsive purchases from consumers. In Indonesia, this transformation has become a trend that affected the lifestyle of teenage girls in choosing their skincare. This study is designed to investigate the consumption pattern of Korean skincare on teenage girls by highlighting the possible factors that impacting the purchase. This research applies the qualitative phenomenological approach, involving six informants aged 18-21 years in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using condensation techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teenage girls consumption of Korean skincare is influenced by three main factors such as appearance needs, promotional effects, and risks anticipation. Teenage girls perceive skincare as part of their self-image and confidence; while social media and influencers play the main roles to introduce and promote the product. Although they are affected by trends, they remain selective by considering product compatibility with their skin type and reading user reviews before making a purchase. The study concludes that Korean skincare consumption among teenage girls is not solely driven by aesthetic considerations but also by awareness of product safety and quality. Where entrepreneurial skills are success in practicing the abilities acquired by an entrepreneur in terms of applying knowledge and good personal qualities to carry out entrepreneurial activities, experience is the knowledge that entrepreneurs have gained through a series of business activities that have been carried out, while business success is a situation where a business is at a better point than the previous situation and in that position the business has been able to achieve the expected goals. This study adopts a causal associative quantitative research type. The data used in this study is primary data so that data collection is done by distributing research questionnaires to 35 Barbershop businesses in Medan Sunggal District using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it is concluded that partially entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on business success and partially experience has a positive and significant effect on business success. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) it is concluded that simultaneously entrepreneurial skills and experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Barbershop business in Medan Sunggal District. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test, it can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.592. This study employs a qualitative exploratory approach grounded in conceptual study, using data collection techniques that include systematic literature review and exploratory interviews with key informants.The findings indicate an urgent need for the transformation of entrepreneurship education into a more flexible, adaptive, and practice-based digital format. The identified user needs highlight the importance of providing contextual learning modules, virtual collaborative spaces, and simple business planning tools. Based on the analysis, a conceptual framework for Intanpari.app was developed, which is expected to expand access to entrepreneurship education, enhance practical skills among youth, and strengthen the local economic ecosystem. Data analysis techniques use Cash Management analysis (Optimal Cash Balance and Liquidity Ratios such as Current ratio, Quick ratio and cash ratio.The results of the study show that the company's ability has not been able to provide good results.
